Uni-Session
An individual training session is an ideal way for those wishing to pay on a weekly basis. Ideal for those wishing to have perhaps only one or two sessions per month. An individual session could also be a great solution for existing clients who have already purchased a larger course of sessions and just want to 'touch base' and keep their progress on track.
 
 
Contour Course
A course of five sessions specifically tailored for people wishing to make more of a commitment to their physical development and health education. Most clients benefit from the 'contour course' if they have little or no knowledge of exercise selection yet wish to ensure safe and effective techniques. Clients with a good fitness knowledge base often use the 'contour course' to streamline existing workouts and add new and exiting exercises to an existing workout plan.
 
Pro-Plan Course
A comprehensive course of ten sessions developed for those people who wish to devote themselves to a 'Lifestyle Change'. A true investment in self improvement both physically and mentally, allowing you to guide us in developing a long term fitness and activity plan to meet all your requirements! We feel a total commitment and loyalty to every one of our clients and with your dedication and commitment, the Pro-Plan course will be a life changing experience. Take just one or two sessions a week over a five to ten week period and watch the inches fall off.
 
Deadline Training Systems
The true definition of 'Hollywood' style personal training. Deadline training is the crème de la crème. Designed for people with a very special reason for transforming their physical appearance whether it be for a special event, photo shoot or simply to develop a 'new you'. Tried and tested, deadline training has well and truly stood the test of time, over and over again. Past clients range from the rich and famous to people who simply wish to create a personal metamorphosis. Deadline training includes thirty sessions at a time to suit your schedule.
